Matthew Streuli is an accredited Instructor Member, approved by MHFA Englandto deliver Adult MHFA courses.

This online instructor-led course designed by MHFA England trains you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you:

  • An in-depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing

  • Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs 

  • Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person, especially in crisis

  • 3-year access to the MHFA App giving access to support for you and those you support at a local and national level. You'll also get 3 years of access to the online Manual with updates via the learning hub.

  • Enhance interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening

  • Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support - whether that’s self-help resources, through their employer, the NHS, or a mix

  • A holistic course that will empower you to support yourself and others.
     

After the course, you can choose to complete a separate exam which will 
give you a Royal Society for Public Health 
Level 3 qualification.
